Yes, as balances you enter, with OA, SA, MA and RA as separate entries if you like. There is no CPF login link, so update them when your statement arrives.
Yes. SGX listings update with prices from Yahoo Finance, and unit trusts do too when Yahoo Finance lists them.
No. You add holdings by hand, by uploading a statement, or by asking the AI assistant. Agni Folio never asks for a bank or broker login.
Yes, with the amount and maturity date, and we remind you before they mature. Interest is not calculated for you.

It follows the Wills Act rules for Singapore and prints ready to sign in front of two witnesses. It does not cover CPF savings, which follow your CPF nomination.
